Your responses on this brief form will help us with final planning for the conference. Descriptions of the breakout sessions are available on the Location and Schedule page. You can find more details on the Lick Run Greenway tour on the Optional Tours page.

Which Sessions Interest You?

To help us finalize our preparations for the conference, please note which events you plan to attend during each session. Reservations are not required for breakout sessions, but this will help us with room preparation.

We plan to add at least one Tuesday session of the Lick Run Greenway tour. Please note your preference for morning or afternoon below. In addition, we would like to know if you think we should organize some informal Roundtable sessions on various topics. Please note your interest in those opportunities below, so we can determine if there is sufficient interest to add those activities. Thank you for your input!

Monday Welcome Reception

Yes, I plan to attend the Welcome Reception at the AC Hotel, Monday 5:00-7:00 p.m.

Lick Run Greenway Tour Preference

In addition to the Monday tour mentioned on the registration form, we plan to offer the tour at least one more time on Tuesday. If there is sufficient interest, we may run the tour two times on Tuesday. The tours will be led by Cincinnati MSD employees involved in the project's creation. Cincinnati MSD Director Diana Christy will also accompany the tour groups to provide her insight on the project and its effects on the community. See the Optional Tours page of this site for more details.If you have already signed up for the tour on Monday, you do not need to select one of these sessions. The results of this survey will help us decide whether we will add one tour or two on Tuesday.
