Registration is now open for the 2026 Five Cities Plus Conference in St. Louis! Join wastewater and stormwater professionals from across the Midwest for three days of collaboration, innovation, and networking.

Before the conference officially begins, tee off with us Monday at our optional 9-hole golf tournament; a casual and enjoyable way to network, reconnect, and start the conference on a great note.
