Five Cities Plus, Inc. has secured a special group rate of $125 per night
(single/double), plus tax, at the Millennium Hotel St. Louis for conference
attendees.
Reservations must be made by Wednesday, June 3, 2009 to receive the special
group rate. After this date, unreserved rooms will be released and reservations
will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that
the conference rates will apply. Hotel parking is available for $9 per vehicle
per day.

Please identify yourself as a Five Cities Plus attendee. Check-in time is
3:00 p.m.; check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Requests for late check-out should
be made directly with the hotel.
