The 2009 Five Cities Plus Conference will be held in St. Louis, Missouri, at the Millenium Hotel St. Louis on June 3-5, 2009.

Five Cities Plus, Inc. has secured a special group rate of $125 per night (single/double), plus tax, at the Millennium Hotel St. Louis for conference attendees.

Reservations must be made by Wednesday, June 3, 2009 to receive the special group rate. After this date, unreserved rooms will be released and reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only with no guarantee that the conference rates will apply. Hotel parking is available for $9 per vehicle per day.

Fees for the 2009 Five Cities Plus Conference are as follows:

Conference Attendance. Wednesday afternoon thru Friday afternoon; includes welcoming reception and Cardinal's game* (first 100 registrants at check-in) on Wednesday, breakfast and lunch, and then evening dinner at City Museum on Thursday, breakfast and Plant tour on Friday - does not include Golf.

Municipal Attendees:	(Includes utility staff, regulatory staff, and other public agency staff) - $125.00 per Attendee.
Non-Municipal Attendees:	(Consultants, specialty contractors, specialty suppliers) - $300.00 per Attendee.

Golf Outing Details. Registration Fee will be $45.00 per golfer.
